About
More than software
Rollform Connect is the first AI-powered scheduling and production management platform purpose-built for the roll forming industry. Born from the realities of steel frame manufacturing, it was designed not in theory, but on the factory floor where inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and costly delays demanded a smarter way forward.
Our platform unifies quoting, CRM, inventory, scheduling, and machine control into one seamless workflow. The result is simple: manufacturers save time, cut waste, and unlock new levels of productivity. This is intelligent manufacturing, reimagined.

Our Mission
To empower manufacturers with intelligent, integrated software that eliminates inefficiencies, maximises productivity, and enables the future of smart, connected manufacturing.
our story
Rollform Connect was created to solve a challenge no existing system could. Traditional ERP add-ons and fragmented software tools fell short of the complex needs of roll forming manufacturers. So we built something different.
In 2021, our founders experienced steel frame manufacturers themselves began developing a solution that integrated directly with the realities of production. By 2023, we had evolved into a powerful web-based platform with open APIs, ready to connect seamlessly with leading ERP systems like NetSuite, Xero and much more. Today, Rollform Connect stands as the first-to-market, AI-driven scheduling and production platform for roll formers already transforming factories across Australia, UK, USA and beyond.
And this is just the beginning. Our roadmap is set on predictive analytics, automated quoting, and even marketplace job-sharing innovations designed to keep manufacturers one step ahead in Industry 4.0.
